Delivery of goods

1. Product orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of paid order.
2. Shipping in Lithuania is paid (symbolic price) and is carried out via OMNIVA, DPD, LP Express, Venipak couriers.
3. Your order will be delivered in Lithuania by OMNIVA, DPD, LP Express, Venipak within 1-3 working days.
4. Shipping of goods to foreign countries is paid.
5. Product orders are sent to the address you specified, please provide the correct address.

Return and exchange of goods

1. You can return the purchased product or exchange it for another product within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product, by notifying the Seller by e-mail kacper@ycho.lt.
2. The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same set as the Buyer received it, without losing its merchandise appearance (labels intact, not worn, protective film not torn off, etc.). When returning the product, a return/exchange document is signed.
3. The buyer must deliver the returned goods to YCHO STUDIJAS, at the address: PC "Outlet Park", Verkių st. 31c, Vilnius or Užupio str. 10, Vilnius or deliver directly to YCHO STUDIJA at the above address, using the services provided by post machines or couriers.
4. The Buyer can return goods purchased online by filling out the goods return form and delivering the goods, addressed to YCHO studio to the OMNIVA postal machine on Polocko Street. Express Market Vilnius, phone: +370 65043143.
5. The seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the buyer if the returned goods have been used, without original labels, damaged, made or adjusted individually according to a special order or worn.
6. If the Buyer returns a product purchased with a discount, the amount paid for the product with the applicable discount will be returned, excluding delivery costs.
7. In Lithuania, the product's color, model or size can be changed within 14 days, in the European Union and other countries within the period agreed upon in writing by the parties.
8. The exchanged item must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same set as the Buyer received it, without losing its merchandise appearance (labels intact, protective film intact, etc.). When exchanging a product, a return/exchange document is signed for the product.
9. YCHO STUDIJ AS , address : PC "Outlet Park", Verkių st. 31c, Vilnius or Užupio str. 10, Vilnius. You can do this using the services provided by post machines or couriers, or deliver it directly to the YCHO STUDIO at the above addresses .
10. Inappropriate quality goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with Government Resolution No. 22/07/2014. 738 of the approved Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania.

Warranty

1. We provide our products with a two-year warranty in accordance with the law and a commercial warranty, which does not limit or constrain your rights as a consumer, which are established by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania after purchasing a product of inappropriate quality.
