1. YCHO gift vouchers can be used to pay for goods in YCHO STUDIOS and in the YCHO online store. Addresses of YCHO STUDIOS: OUTLET PARK, Verkių g. 31c, Vilnius and Užupio str. 10, Vilnius.
2. If the price of the selected goods exceeds the amount specified in the gift certificate, the difference can be paid in cash or by transfer to the YCHO bank account.
3. If the price of the selected goods is lower than the amount specified in the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded.
4. The gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned to YCHO.
5. One gift voucher can be used for payment only once, after which the voucher is cancelled.
6. The gift voucher is valid for 90 days (three months) from the date of purchase indicated on the gift voucher.
7. After the expiration date of the gift certificate, the gift certificate ceases to be valid. The validity period cannot be extended.
8. If you lost a gift certificate or lost it in other ways and did not use it, gift certificates cannot be exchanged for new ones.
9. Amounts paid by buyers to purchase gift vouchers are accounted for as an advance. At the buyers' request, VAT invoices can be issued only after the purchase of the goods.
10. The person purchasing the gift voucher, by purchasing the voucher, confirms that he is familiar with the conditions of its use and undertakes to comply with them.
