Denominations of gift vouchers: €30, €50, €100.
- YCHO gift vouchers can be used to pay for goods in YCHO STUDIOS and in the YCHO online store. YCHO STUDIES addresses: OUTLET PARK, Verkių st. 31C, Vilnius and Užupio str. 10, Vilnius.
- If the price of the selected goods exceeds the amount specified in the gift certificate, the difference can be paid in cash or by transfer to the YCHO bank account.
- If the price of the selected goods is lower than the amount specified in the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded.
- The gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be returned to YCHO.
- One gift voucher can be used for payment only once, after which the voucher is cancelled.
- The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase indicated on the gift voucher.
- After the expiration date of the gift certificate, the gift certificate ceases to be valid. The validity period cannot be extended.
- If you lost a gift voucher or lost it in other ways and did not use it, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for new ones.
- Amounts paid by buyers to purchase gift vouchers are accounted for as an advance. At the buyers' request, VAT invoices can be issued only after the purchase of the goods.
- The person purchasing the gift voucher, by purchasing the voucher, confirms that he is familiar with the conditions of its use and undertakes to comply with them.
YCHO reserves the right to change these rules for the use of gift vouchers and undertakes to inform about this on the website www.ycho.lt.

Payment methods:
- Product orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of paid order.
- Shipping in Lithuania is paid (symbolic price) and is carried out via OMNIVA, DPD, LP Express, Venipak couriers.
- Your order will be delivered in Lithuania by OMNIVA, DPD, LP Express, Venipak within 1-3 working days.
- Shipping of goods to foreign countries is paid.
- Product orders are sent to the address you specified, please provide the correct address.

- You can return the purchased product or exchange it for another product within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product by notifying the Seller by e-mail. by mail kacper@ycho.lt.
- The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same set as the Buyer received it, without losing its merchandise appearance (labels intact, not worn, protective film not torn off, etc.). When returning the product, a return/exchange document is signed.
- The buyer must deliver the returned goods to YCHO STUDIJAS, at the address: PC "Outlet Park", Verkių st. 31c, Vilnius or Užupio str. 10, Vilnius or deliver directly to YCHO STUDIJA at the above address, using the services provided by post machines or couriers.
- The Buyer can return goods purchased online by filling out the goods return form and delivering goods addressed to the YCHO studio to the OMNIVA postal machine on Polocko Street. Express Market Vilnius, phone: +370 65043143.
